You can have everything the app stored on our servers deleted, with or without the app installed.
In the app
- Open Pradakshina and go to Settings.
- At the end, under Your data, tap Request deletion and confirm.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Pradakshina data", and:
- if you signed in: the Google or Apple email address you used;
- if you only shared without signing in: the data ID shown in the app under Settings, Your data (if you no longer have the app, say so and we will explain the options).
What is deleted
Your account and profile, your backed-up walks, your motion recordings, the photos you added and your suggested fixes. From the moment you ask, nothing of yours is used to improve counting and your profile is private.
What is kept, and for how long
- We delete within 30 days of your request.
- A record that you asked and when it was done is kept, without your walks or photos; the email is cleared once we have replied.
- Database backups expire within a few days and take the deleted data with them.
- Walks on your phone are not on our servers; they stay until you uninstall the app.
